  • Project costs grow higher than planned. Considerably higher expenses suddenly come to light especially in final project phases such as testing and integration. Uncompleted project activities are inevitably shifted to the final phases.

  • The system devised does not have the quality desired. High error rates, system instability, little user-friendly dialog behavior in the case of a software system or even unaccepted performance are problems frequently cited.

We take over the role of complete project manager or the role of a subproject manager too.

We also take over concomitant (technical) project controlling for larger projects whenever transparency needs to be established and risks for your ongoing project have to be assessed. The goal of such project controlling will be to introduce countermeasures at an early stage.
