The first conversation – The basis for preparing an offer

The consulting tasks and objectives are mutually discussed. In an initial conversation, we record your thoughts and concerns regarding the consulting project. The time needed is estimated and the consultant's role in your organization has to be defined; in particular, the responsibilities and reporting channels have to be established.

The outcome of the initial conversation includes a structured collection of information and as far as possible an analysis of problems and tasks so that we are in the position to submit a written offer to you promptly.
